Do you want to submit a complaint? Send an email to klachten@vasonline.nl.
When submitting your complaint, clearly state:
- Which study phase you are in
- What the complaint is about
- What you want to achieve by submitting the complaint
- Whether you want to submit the complaint anonymously or not.
You can also choose whether you want to submit your complaint anonymously or not. If you do not submit your complaint anonymously, Nyenrode will contact you to handle the complaint. If you submit your complaint anonymously, we will coordinate the complaint with Nyenrode and provide you with feedback.
